How do I redeem my points?
Simply login to the Rewards Shop or your SmartTrade app with your email address and password to make a redemption. If you don’t know your password, give us a call and we can reset it for you.
Can I top my redemption up with cash?
Yes! You can use a combination of points and cash with our Points + Pay payment option. You will be prompted to top up at the checkout. Mastercard, Visa credit card and valid debit cards are accepted.
Can I donate points to charity?
We are proud to support four New Zealand charities. You can donate points anytime to The Cancer Society of New Zealand, KidsCan, Ronald McDonald House or the Mental Health Foundation.
