Terms & Conditions
Every Smart-Trade member who signs up to Meridian’s Super Friendly Business Pack will be eligible to earn 1.5 reward points per dollar spent with Meridian. Points are earned based on the GST exclusive spend for the participating member’s power bill, and after the prompt payment discount is applied, when their accounts are paid on time.
This offer is not available with any other Meridian offer. This includes but is not limited to the additional Prompt Payment Discount (PPD) for Meridian’s Partner Association (NZRA) and Buying Group (ATS, CRT/Farmlands, RD1, PGG Wrightson) members.
Meridian Partner Association or Buying Group members may choose to participate in the Smart-Trade rewards program and forego their additional PPD.
Smart-Trade points are earned based on the total amount paid to Meridian by the member customer for electricity supply to their Commercial Non Half Hourly (NHH) connection(s) only. (Residential connection(s) can not collect points).
Smart-Trade points cannot be earned on electricity industry rebates, credits, or discounts to the member’s electricity account.
Points will be credited to your Smart-Trade member account once a month.
