Recipients: 106 Warwick Fabrics customers that are existing members of SmartTrade 
 
Objectives:

The objective of this campaign was to increase customer spend and engagement by motivating members to:
 
  • Lift their monthly purchase volume through attainable spend targets
  • Reward loyalty and growth, encouraging repeat purchases and year-on-year sales increases
  • Re-engage lower-spending members by giving them a clear incentive to reach a minimum spend threshold
The Offer:

We implemented a tiered incentive approach to drive customer engagement:
 
  • Baseline Incentive: Spend a minimum of $800 to qualify for bonus points.
  • Double Points: Members who spent under $800 in the same month last year were only required to meet the $800 minimum spend to qualify for double points.
  • Triple Points Bonus: Members who spent over $800 in the same month last year were set a 15% sales growth target. If they met that target, they earned triple points on any spend above the target.
