Q. How long will I have to wait for my reward to arrive after placing an order?

Q. What do I do if my reward is faulty?

Q. What if I receive the wrong reward or a damaged reward?

Whilst every endeavour is made to give accurate points required for the rewards (or replacement product) on the Smart-Trade website, we reserve the right to adjust the required points value when redeeming to reflect current pricing, and generally the right at any time with or without notice to cancel or change a particular reward or its value.
